She moved to Moscow as a child, graduated with honours from Moscow State University, and began blogging on topics like healthy living, self-development, feminism, sex education, domestic violence, and body positivity. Mitroshina has gained over 3 million Instagram followers and is active on YouTube and VK.
She has created promotional marathons, courses, podcasts, and charitable projects addressing violence, drawing both support and criticism. Between 2023 and 2024, Mitroshina faced several high-profile leaks and harassment but continues her public work and responses.
