Daria Umnova, known as Frosya or Frosik, was born on September 14, 2001, in Moscow. She faced bullying and social difficulties during her school years and struggled with anorexia at 14. Following medical advice, she took up sports, becoming a master of sports in weightlifting. She studied at the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism, aiming to become a fitness trainer.
