Margaret Qualley, born October 23, 1994, in Kalispell, Montana, is an American actress, model, and dancer, and the daughter of actress Andie MacDowell. Beginning her career in modeling at age 16, she appeared at New York Fashion Week for designers such as Alberta Ferretti, Chanel, and Valentino. Qualley made her film debut in Palo Alto (2013) and gained recognition for her role in The Leftovers (2014–2017). Her filmography includes The Nice Guys (2016), Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019), and the miniseries Fosse/Verdon (2019), for which she received an Emmy nomination.
In 2021, she earned a Golden Globe nomination for The Maid, and in 2024, her performance in Substance was acclaimed at the Cannes Film Festival. Qualley studied ballet before focusing on acting and is married to musician Jack Antonoff since 2023. She shares her creative projects on Instagram under the handle @margaretqualley.
