Elena Kulichenko, born on 28 July 2002 in Odintsovo, is a high jumper who began her career in Russia and has competed for Cyprus since 2021. After moving to the United States and enrolling at the University of Georgia in 2021, she won the 2023 European Youth Championships and the 2024 NCAA Championships, setting a record jump of 1.97 metres. In July 2024, she served as the flag bearer for Cyprus at the Paris Olympics.
