Meghan Markle, born August 4, 1981, in Los Angeles, is an American actress and activist known for her role in the TV series Suits (2011–2017). She studied theater and international relations at Northwestern University. In 2018, she married Prince Harry, becoming the Duchess of Sussex. They have two children: Archie (2019) and Lilibet (2021). In 2020, the couple stepped down from royal duties and relocated to California.
Meghan and Harry established the Archewell Foundation and collaborate on projects including podcasts and Netflix productions. She advocates for feminism, women's rights, and mental health, sharing her work on social media. Meghan is the first American with African American heritage in the British royal family and is also an author of children's books and a yoga practitioner.
