She began posting videos on Likee in 2017 at age 9 and quickly gained popularity. In 2018, she started a YouTube channel with over 2 million subscribers featuring vlogs, challenges, and music videos. Milana released her debut track "Pink Sky" in 2020 and later a solo song "Christmas." She is active on multiple platforms, including Instagram with over 1 million followers and TikTok with more than 35 million followers. She also voiced a character in the 2023 animated film "The Canterville Ghost" and hosted the show "Zoomers vs. Boomers" in 2025.
