Alexandra Mitroshina, born on 27 June 1994 in Petrozavodsk, is a Russian blogger, journalist, feminist activist, and author of the bestseller Promoting Personal Blogs on Instagram. She grew up in Moscow and graduated with honours from Moscow State University. Beginning her blogging career as a student, she focused on healthy living, self-development, and women's issues, gaining over 3 million Instagram followers and establishing a presence on YouTube and VK.
Mitroshina is known for addressing topics such as feminism, sex education, domestic violence, and body positivity. She has initiated promotional marathons, courses, podcasts, and charitable projects against violence. Despite facing high-profile leaks and harassment in 2023–2024, she continues her public activities and remains a prominent figure in Russian influencer feminism.
