Shanola Hampton, born on May 27, 1977, on Long Island, New York, grew up in Summerville, South Carolina, in a family with three sisters. She earned a theater degree from Winthrop University and a master's in acting from the University of Illinois. Hampton began her acting career in the early 2000s with guest roles in TV series, gaining widespread recognition for her role as Veronica Fisher in Showtime's "Shameless," appearing throughout all eleven seasons. Her other notable roles include Gaby Mosley in NBC's "Found" and appearances in "Reba," "Scrubs," "Breaking Bad," and "Criminal Minds." Additionally, her likeness was used for the character Rochelle in the video game Left 4 Dead 2.
Since 2000, Hampton has been married to actor Daren Dukes, with whom she has two children. She continues to act actively and remains a prominent figure in American television.
